Pumpkins

A year ago this month we went to a pumpkin patch when I was pregnant, and I remember looking around and wondering what it would be like in a year when we came back with our little baby boy. Well, this year I found out - and let me just say that it is much more fun to pick out pumpkins with Jerex (no offense Jesse)! And he is more of a boy than a baby anymore - I mean look at those teeth! He was all smiles, and yes we now have $35 worth of pumpkins on our porch right now!

Hiking with Grandparents

When the Missouri grandparents came to visit in late September, we decided to take a drive up in the mountains to see the pretty leaves and take a hike around Long lake while we were at it! It was a beautiful day and we had some great scenery and Jerex enjoyed it. Up in the elevation the leaves were changing but our hike was up higher than the Aspens so we were above the pretty trees but not complaining about the scenery:
